RENTAL POLICIES

One night deposit will be charged to confirm reservation at the time of booking. Rates do not include a 14% Resort Fee. The resort fee allows guests access to all resort amenities four pools, tennis courts, two Jacuzzis, bikes, shuttle, playground, etc. The fee additionally covers reservation and cleaning fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A full refund will be issued for any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to check-in. NO REFUND will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
