rental policies
The following are the rental policies for Carillon Beach Resort Inn:
One night deposit will be charged to confirm reservation at the time of booking. Rates do not include a 14% Resort Fee. The resort fee allows guests access to all resort amenities four pools, tennis courts, two Jacuzzis, bikes, shuttle, playground, etc. The fee additionally covers reservation and cleaning fees.

Cancellation Policy
No cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival. One night cancellation fee if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.
